摘　　要：“肝癌肝再生微环境”是最近新的研究方向,基于“肝癌肝再生微环境”的肝癌防治策略与方案的研究提高了人们对肝癌发生发展、复发转移机制的认识和防治水平。基于“补肾生髓成肝”改善肝再生微环境防治肝癌的三级防治方案已获得多项较高级别的循证医学证据,降低了肝癌高风险人群的肝癌发生风险和肝癌发生率,降低了肝癌术后复发率,提高了晚期肝癌患者生存率及生存质量。基础研究结果表明,中医药在抑制肝癌细胞增殖和促进其凋亡的同时,通过调控肝损伤与肝再生失衡,改善肝再生微环境是防治肝癌发生发展和复发转移的重要机制之一。"Liver regeneration microenvironment of hepatocellular carcinoma"is a new research direction in recent years.The research on the prevention and treatment strategies and plans for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)based on the"liver regeneration microenvironment of HCC"had improved the understanding and prevention level of the occurrence,development,recurrence and metastasis of liver cancer.The three-level prevention and treatment program based on“tonifying the kidney to promote liver regeneration and repair by effecting stem cells and their microenvironment”to improve the microenvironment of liver regeneration for the prevention and treatment of HCC has obtained a number of high-level evidence-based medicine evidence.It reduces the risk and incidence of HCC among high-risk populations,reduces the recurrence rate of HCC after surgery,and improves the survival rate and quality of life of advanced HCC patients.The basic research results showed that traditional Chinese medicine not only inhibited the proliferation and promoted the apoptosis of HCC cells,but also improved the microenvironment of liver regeneration by regulated the imbalance between liver injury and liver regeneration,which was one of the important mechanisms to prevent the occurrence,development,recurrence and metastasis of HCC.
