海南地方习用药材胡椒根的质量标准研究

摘　　要：建立胡椒根药材的质量标准,为其后续开发利用提供质量控制依据。依据《中国药典》2020年版的相关指导原则,通过性状描述、显微观察法和薄层色谱法对胡椒根药材进行定性分析,测定胡椒根药材的水分、总灰分及浸出物,建立高效液相色谱法对胡椒碱进行含量测定。胡椒根药材横切片显微结构特征明显,薄层色谱鉴别专属性强,快速简便,能够准确鉴别有效成分胡椒碱;胡椒根药材的水分、总灰分及浸出物均符合相关要求,建立的HPLC法经方法学考察后可以定量分析出各个产地的胡椒碱含量。本研究为胡椒根药材及其产品开发提供了有效的质量控制方法。To establish the quality standard of Piperis Radix to provide a quality control basis for its subsequent development and utilization.According to the relevant guiding principles of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020 edition,the qualitative analy-sis of P.Radix was carried out through character description,microscopic observation,and thin-layer chromatography;the water content,total ash content,and extract of P.Radix were determined;an HPLC method for the determination of piperine was established.The microstructure characteristics of the transaction of P.radix medicinal materials are distinct.Thin layer chromatography has strong specificity,fast and simple identification,and can accurately identify the effective component piperine;the water content,total ash content,and extract of P.radix medicinal materials met the relevant requirements;the established HPLC method can be used to quantitatively analyze the content of piperine in various producing areas after the investigation of the methodology.This study provides an effective quality control method for P.radix and its product devel-opment.
