广西水稻种业创新发展现状及对策研究

摘　　要：广西是我国重要的水稻种子繁育及生产基地,广西水稻种业的创新发展水平对于夯实国家粮食根基具有重要意义。采用实地调研、访谈、文献检索等方式对2011—2021年广西水稻种业科技创新发展现状进行调查分析。结果表明,广西水稻种业在种质资源保护利用、优质稻品种选育、本土品种推广、知识产权保护方面取得了一定成效,但特色地方稻种资源评鉴不足、稻种基础研究不够、育种技术水平不高、创新主体分工不明等问题依然存在,结合实际提出相应的促进广西水稻种业创新发展的对策建议。Guangxi is a vital rice seed breeding and production base in China.The innovative development level of the rice seed industry in Guangxi is of great significance for consolidating the national food foundation.Field research,interviews,literature retrieval,and other methods were employed to investigate and analyze the current scientific and technological inno-vation situations in the Guangxi rice seed industry from 2011 to 2021.The results showed that Guangxi's rice seed industry had made some achievements in the collection and utilization of germplasm resources,the breeding of high-quality rice varie-ties,the promotion of local cultivars,and the protection of intellectual property rights,there were still some problems like insufficient evaluation of characteristic local rice seed resources,poor basic research on rice seeds,low level of breeding technology,and unclear division of labor among innovation subjects.This study put forward some countermeasures and sug-gestions for promoting the innovative development of the rice seed industry in Guangxi in conjunction with the actual situa-tion.
