摘  要:随着大数据和智能电网的发展,电网系统产生了庞大的用户信息和用电信息,用电管理系统的存储数据呈现爆发式增长。电网差异化服务以用户数据为基础,通过采集用户特征、用电行为特征数据信息并进行云计算,建立不同标签用户,从而分析不同用户用电行为差异,为供电企业智能管理提供便利条件。在智能电网背景下,电力营销信息化是完善电力企业发展,提升供电效能的重要手段。With the development of big data and smart grid,the power grid system has generated huge user information and electricity consumption information,and the storage data of the electricity consumption management system has shown an explosive growth.Based on user data,the power grid differentiation service collects data information of user characteristics and electricity consumption behavior characteristics,conducts cloud computing,establishes different tag users,so as to analyze the differences in electricity consumption behavior of different users and provide convenient conditions for the intelligent management of power supply enterprises.In the context of smart grid,electric power marketing informatization is an important means to improve the development of electric power enterprises and improve electric power supply efficiency.
