摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法同时测定清热暗疮片中绿原酸、栀子苷、异绿原酸A、穿心莲内酯、脱水穿心莲内酯、芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚的含量。方法该药物甲醇提取液的分析采用Thermo Scientific Hypersil C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长225 nm。结果10种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9991),平均加样回收率98.46%~100.94%,RSD 0.63%~1.09%。结论该方法简便灵敏,重复性好,可用于清热暗疮片的质量控制。AIM To establish an HPIC method for the simultaneous content determination of chlorogenic acid,baicalin,isochlorogenic acid A,andrographolide,dehydroandrographolide,aloe-emodin,rhein,emodin,chrysophano and physcion in Qingre Anchuang Tablets.METHODS The analysis of methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30℃thermostatic Thermo Scientific Hypersil C_(18)column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 225 nm.RESULTS Ten constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.9991),whose average recoveries were 98.46%-100.94%with the RSDs of 0.63%-1.09%.CONCLUSION This simple,sensitive and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Qingre Anchuang Tablets.
