摘  要:煤矿生产分为主井和副井,主井负责原煤运输,而副井则用于人员、材料、设备、废石等的运输,同时还承担着安全出口的作用。主井与副井从功能上来说并不相同,其煤矿副井的运输作业会更加复杂,如果运输效率低下,就会影响煤矿生产效率,同时,在这一环节出现问题,也会有较大可能产生设备和材料浪费,或出现人员伤亡事故。出于上述因素的考虑,如何提升煤矿副井对于设备和材料的运输效率,是现阶段较为重要的问题。副井操车系统是煤矿副井中的重要系统,是煤矿开采生产必不可少的系统,该系统的自动化水平将会直接影响到副井的运输效率,然而从实际情况来看,操车系统在技术上仍旧需要进一步优化,该文便主要对煤矿副井操车系统的改造展开分析,以供参考。Coal mine production is divided into the main shaft and the auxiliary shaft.The main shaft is responsible for the transportation of raw coal,while the auxiliary shaft is used for the transportation of personnel,materials,equipment,waste rocks,etc.,and it also plays the role of the safety exit.The functions of the main shaft and the auxiliary shaft are different.Relatively speaking,the transportation operation of the auxiliary shaft in the coal mine is more complicated.If the transport efficiency is low,it will affect the production efficiency of the coal mine.At the same time,if problems occur in this link,it will be more likely to waste equipment and materials,or casualties will occur.Considering above factors,how to improve the transportation efficiency of the auxiliary shaft in the coal mine for equipment and materials is an important issue at this stage.The car-handing system of the auxiliary shaft is an important system in the auxiliary shaft of the coal mine and an indispensable system for coal mining and production,and the automation level of the system will directly affect the transportation efficiency of the auxiliary shaft.However,from the actual situation,the car-handing system still needs to be further optimized technically.This paper mainly analyzes the transformation of the car-handing system of the auxiliary shaft in the coal mine for reference.
