摘  要:焊接实训作为高等院校重要的工程实践教学环节之一,对学生动手实践、团队协作等能力的培养具有积极的推动作用。目前,传统的焊接实训教学模式已无法实现对学生焊接知识与技能的全面提升。为此,将现代企业质量管理工具——作业标准书(Standard Operating Procedure,SOP)与二维码技术有机结合,构建以“SOP+二维码”的组合教学模式,增强学生的自主学习能力,培养学生规范操作的习惯,提高焊接实训教学效率,改善焊接实训教学效果。As one of the important teaching links of engineering practice in colleges and universities,Welding Training plays a positive role in promoting the cultivation of students'abilities such as hands-on practice and teamwork.At present,the traditional teaching mode of Welding Training can't achieve comprehensive improvement of students'welding knowledge and skills.Therefore,the quality management tool in modern enterprises,Standard Operating Procedure,is organically combined with QR code technology to construct the combined teaching mode of"SOP+QR code",so as to strengthen students'autonomous learning ability,cultivate students'habit of standardized operation,improve the teaching efficiency of Welding Training,and improve the teaching effect of Welding Training.
