摘　　要：作为社会公共文化服务事业体系中不可或缺的组成部分,公共图书馆提高期刊阅览服务水平的重要意义不仅在于切实履行社会公共服务职能,也是为了满足新时期广大读者快速变化的客观需求,并通过更高水平的期刊阅览服务提升读者的阅读体验。新时期提升公共图书馆期刊阅览服务水平当充分顺应时代与社会发展的整体趋势与发展方向,既要加快数字基础设施建设,完善立体化服务机制与格局,又要细分受众对象,提升主动性、精准性、前瞻性、有效性,还要构建联动机制,丰富服务形式,拓展广度深度。As an indispensable part of the social public cultural service system,the important significance of improving the periodical reading service level in public libraries is not only to effectively perform the social public service function,but also to meet the rapidly changing objective needs of readers in the new era,and improve the reading experience of readers through the higher level of periodical reading services.To improve the periodical reading service level in public libraries in the new era,we should fully comply with the overall development trend and direction of the times and society.We should not only speed up the construction of digital infrastructure,improve the three-dimensional service mechanism and pattern,also subdivide the audience,improve the initiative,accuracy,foresight and effectiveness,but also build a linkage mechanism to enrich service forms and expand the breadth and depth.
