图书馆超联盟资源共建共享策略研究

摘　　要：为最大程度地实现图书馆“资源共建共享”是各级、各地图书馆共建所追求的终极目标。文章通过分析当前我国图书馆联盟共建共享的发展现状,发现在联盟运行中各成员馆因隶属关系不同而处于不同的管理系统,以及条块分割、重复建设等问题,成为图书馆“资源共建共享”制约因素。为此,该文提出打破原图书馆“共建共享”运行模式的桎梏,树立图书馆超联盟理念,建立全国性独立法人联盟机构,统一资源共建共享,以智慧化服务,形成一个服务于知识创新的图书馆超联盟平台中介,实现图书馆可持续性发展、无限接近其终极目标。Maximizing the realization of"resource co-construction and sharing"of libraries is the ultimate goal pursued by library co-conduction at all levels and in various places.By the analysis of the current development status of library alliance co-construction and sharing in China,this paper finds that member libraries are in different management systems due to different affiliations in the operation of alliances,and that problems such as segmentation and repeated construction have become the restriction factors of the"resource co-construction and sharing"of libraries.Therefore,this paper breaks the shackles of the original"co-construction and sharing"operation mode of libraries,sets up the concept of the library super alliance,and establishes a national alliance organization with the independent legal entity,so as to unify resource co-construction and sharing,form a library super alliance platform intermediary which serves knowledge innovation by intelligent services,and achieve the sustainable development and infinite approach to its ultimate goal of the library.
