摘 要:为优化纳米TiO_(2)光催化降解技术,改善其对污染物的降解效率,发挥硅藻土的应用价值,采用溶胶—凝胶法制备硅藻土负载N掺杂纳米TiO_(2)催化剂,用于清除水域中的蓝藻。用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、比表面积分析(BET)和X射线电子能谱(XPS)的方法对制备的催化剂进行表征,并对其影响清除效果的因素进行了考察。当硅藻土负载N/Ti=2∶1,煅烧温度为300℃,煅烧时间为2 h的催化剂样品清除效果最好,在p H=7的条件下,向适量浓度的蓝藻溶液中,投加0.2 g催化剂时,1 h内叶绿素a的去除率可达98.0%,藻个数去除率可达99.8%,浊度可降低至70%以上。结果表明,N掺杂纳米TiO_(2)已成功负载在硅藻土,且负载之后对蓝藻的清除效果更好。In order to optimize nano TiO_(2) photocatalytic degradation technology and improve its degradation efficiency of pollutants,silicon dioxide loaded N-doped nano TiO_(2) photocatalysts were prepared for removal of diatomite algae in water.The diatomite supported N-doped nano TiO_(2) catalyst was prepared by sol-gel method,and the removal effect,influencing factors and recycling of the catalyst on cyanobacteria were investigated.The prepared catalysts were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),specific surfacearea analysis(BET),and X-ray electron spectroscopy(XPS).When the calcination temperature of the catalyst is 300℃,the calcination time is 2 h,the load N/Ti=2∶1,the removal rate of chlorophyll a can reach 98.0%,the removal rate of algae number can reach 99.8%,the turbidity can be reduced to more than 70%.N-doped nano TiO_(2) has been successfully loaded on diatomaceous earth,and the removal effect of cyanobacteria is better after loading.
