摘 要:目的:研究橙皮苷微囊的制备工艺并建立质量评价方法,筛选最优工艺处方。方法:以微囊形态、载药量和包封率为评价指标筛选制备橙皮苷微囊的工艺处方,建立紫外分光光度法对最佳制备工艺下制得的橙皮苷微囊进行含量测定与质量评价。结果:筛选出橙皮苷微囊的最佳制备条件是乳化时间为45 s,pH等电点为4.0,加水量为400 mL,加入固化剂甲醛的量为2.5 mL和氢氧化钠调节p H为8.5,微囊的载药量为21.30%,包封率为60.71%。结论:本研究最优工艺下制得橙皮苷微囊分层明显,微囊数量多,载药量和包封率好。通过建立紫外分光光度法测定橙皮苷含量的研究数据及结果为其制备方法和质量评价提供了理论参考。To explore the preparation technology of hesperidin microcapsules was studied,the quality evaluation method was established,and the optimal formulation was selected.Methods:The process prescription for the preparation of hesperidin microcapsules was screened by the shape,drug loading,and entrapment efficiency of microcapsules,and the content and quality of hesperidin microcapsules prepared under the optimum preparation process were determined and evaluated by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Results:The best preparation conditions of hesperidin microcapsules were as follows:emulsification time 45 s,pH isoelectric point 4.0,water addition 400 mL,2.5 mL and sodium hydroxide adjusting pH 8.5,drug loading 21.30%,entrapment efficiency 60.71%.Conclusion:The hesperidin microcapsules were prepared with obvious delamination,large number of microcapsules,good drug loading and entrapment efficiency;the data and results of the study on the determination of hesperidin content by establishing UV spectrophotometry method provide theoretical reference for the preparation method and quality evaluation of other new dosage forms.
