摘 要:黄芪甲苷是从黄芪中提取出来的药物,是黄芪的主要活性成分之一,具有多种药理作用,如保护肾脏,保护心脏,降血糖以及抗氧化、抗应激等。目前脏器纤维化已经严重影响到了人们的生活质量,越来越多的研究者开始探索延缓纤维化进展的药物,此时中药单体进入研究者的视野,经研究发现黄芪甲苷具有抗纤维化的作用,本文将对黄芪甲苷抗纤维化的作用机制及效果进行阐述,为抗纤维化新药开发提供有价值的参考依据。Astragaloside IV is a drug extracted from Astragalus and is one of the main active ingredients of Astragalus,which has a variety of pharmacological effects,such as protecting the kidney,protecting the heart,lowering blood sugar,and antioxidant,anti-stress,etc.At present,organ fibrosis has seriously affected people's quality of life,more and more researchers began to explore drugs to delay the progression of fibrosis,at this time traditional Chinese medicine monomer into the field of vision of researchers,after the study found that astragaloside IV has anti-fibrotic effect,this article will elaborate the mechanism and effect of astragaloside IV against fibrosis,providing a valuable reference for the development of new anti-fibrosis drugs.
