摘　　要：随着社会发展,肺部疾病特别是肺癌发病率和死亡率居高不下,严重的危害人民的身体健康,因此针对肺部疾病的新制剂开发很有必要。本文通过检索近年来国内外对肺靶向制剂研究的文章,对微球、纳米制剂、脂质体等微粒给药系统的研究进行概述,发现肺靶向微粒给药系统存在的问题,期待未来有更多的肺靶向制剂服务于临床。With the development of society,the incidence and mortality of lung diseases,especially lung cancer,remain high,which seriously endangers people's health.Therefore,it is necessary to develop new preparations for lung diseases.In this paper,by searching the research articles on lung targeting preparations at home and abroad in recent years,the research on microspheres,nano preparations,liposomes and other particulate drug delivery systems was summarized,and the problems existing in the delivery system of lung targeting particles were found,and more lung targeting preparations were expected to serve the clinic in the future.
