长江汉江武汉段五年来整治措施及水质状况

摘　　要：随着我国经济快速发展,工业化、城市化进程加快,生态环境问题也日益突出,其中水体污染严重是我国面临的一大生态环境问题。长江汉江武汉段是长江及其支流汉江流经武汉市的一段水体,对武汉居民的衣食住行有着至关重要的作用,且近年来我国对于生态环境愈来愈重视,武汉市政府相关部门也积极响应并展开“长江大保护”行动。本文首先概述了“十三五”期间武汉市对武汉段长江、汉江保护治理提出并实施的举措并分析存在问题,然后,通过2021年5月长江汉江武汉段所布设的22个监测断面监测数据评价水体水质,据此分析整治效果,给出建议。结果显示,2021年5月长江武汉段Ⅰ~Ⅱ类水质占比36%,Ⅰ~Ⅲ类水质占比100%,水质为优,汉江武汉段Ⅰ~Ⅲ类占比100%,水质为优,这表明在“十三五”期间的整治措施下,长江汉江武汉段水质稳步向好。With the rapid development of our country's economy,the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,the ecological and environmental problems have become increasingly prominent,among them,serious water pollution is a major ecological and environmental problem our country facing.The Wuhan section of the Han River and the Yangtze River is a section of the water body where the Yangtze River and its tributaries,the Han River,flow through Wuhan City,which plays a vital role in the clothing,food,housing and transportation of Wuhan residents,and in recent years,our country has paid more and more attention to the ecological environment,and relevant departments of the Wuhan Municipal Government have also actively responded and launched the“Yangtze River Protection”action.This paper firstly outlines the measures proposed and implemented by Wuhan to protect and manage the Yangtze and Han Rivers in Wuhan during the“13th Five-Year Plan”period,analyzing the existing problems,and then,through the monitoring data of 22 monitoring points deployed in the Wuhan section of the Yangtze and Han Rivers in May 2021 to evaluate the water quality,and analyze the remediation effect accordingly.The results show that the water quality of the Wuhan section of the Yangtze River accounts for 36%of the water quality of Class I-II,and the water quality of Class I-III accounts for 100%,so the water quality is excellent in May 2021,The proportion of Class I-III in the Wuhan section of the Han River accounts for 100%,and the water quality is excellent,this indicates that the water quality in the Wuhan section of the Yangtze and Han River has steadily improved under the regulation measures during the 13th Five-Year Plan period.
