摘  要:国际目前对各脏器纤维化的形成机制已有较深入的研究,但治疗手段及疗效仍较为有限。中药多途径、多靶点的特点在肾间质纤维化的防治中具有一定优势。白藜芦醇(RV)是最重要的天然二苯乙烯之一,已存在广泛研究。它已被证明具有促进健康的特性,例如抗纤维化、抗氧化,抗炎,心脏保护,抗糖尿病,抗癌,化学预防和神经保护。为此,本文汇总了白藜芦醇对各脏器纤维化信号通路的作用机制及防护效果,进一步探究肺脏纤维化、肝脏纤维化、心脏纤维化及肾脏纤维化治疗思路的异同,为今后学者在治疗该类临床疾病时,提供更系统全面的理论依据与思维参考,为发现新的治疗间质纤维化药物提供可能。At present,the formation mechanism of fibrosis in various organs has been deeply studied in the world,but the treatment means and curative effect are still limited.The characteristics of multi-channel and multi-target of traditional Chinese medicine have certain advantages in the prevention and treatment of renal interstitial fibrosis.Resveratrol(RV)is one of the most important natural stilbenes,which has been widely studied.It has been proved to have health-promoting properties,such as anti-fibrosis,anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation,cardioprotection,anti-diabetes,anti-cancer,chemoprevention and neuroprotection.Therefore,this paper summarizes the action mechanism and protective effect of resveratrol on the signal pathway of organ fibrosis,and further explores the similarities and differences of treatment ideas for pulmonary fibrosis,liver fibrosis,cardiac fibrosis and renal fibrosis,so as to provide more systematic and comprehensive theoretical basis and thinking reference for future scholars in treating such clinical diseases,and provide the possibility for discovering new drugs for interstitial fibrosis.
