摘　　要：本文采用虎红钠盐-柠檬酸体系研制出了一种季铵盐残留浓度现场快速检测试剂。探讨了反应体系pH、指示剂浓度、显色温度、干扰离子等影响因素并提出了测试时的注意事项。快速检测试剂结合分光光度计在最佳测试波长565 nm处的线性范围为:0.1~6.0 mg/L,标准曲线方程为:y=0.0653x+0.010,相关系数为:R^(2)=0.9997;在此浓度范围内也可结合目视比色卡进行快速测试。该方法应用于模拟水样的测试,回收率在97%~104%之间。该试剂盒检测速度快、操作简便、灵敏度高,结果可靠,具有较高的实际应用价值。A new rapid test reagent was developed for rapid determination of quaternary ammonium residual by using the system of Huhong sodium salt-citric acid.The influencing factors such as the pH value,indicator concentration,the reaction temperature and interfering ions were discussed in detail.In addition,precautions for testing were also proposed.It combines with spectrophotometer to determine quaternary ammonium under 565 nm wavelength,the best linear concentration was in the range from 0 to 6.0 mg/L,with a correlation coefficient of 0.9997,in this test range,it also can test by standard color card.The method was applied to the test of simulated water samples,and the recovery was between 97% and 104%.The kit has the advantages of fast detection speed,simple operation,high sensitivity,reliable results and high practical application value.
