摘  要:面对高校如何培养大学生的实验设计和创新能力的突出问题,作者将基于磁分离和核酸适配体技术构建超灵敏的化学发光适配体传感器这一科研成果转化为兼具设计性和创新性的本科生综合化学实验,并进一步探索该传感器在农产品和食品中黄曲霉毒素B1定量分析中的应用。该综合实验涉及相界面固定、磁分离、核酸杂交、电泳分离等技术以及酶催化与化学发光反应等相关知识。从设计思路,性能表征及测试等几方面,培养学生自主分析和解决问题的能力,有利于激发学生探索科学研究的积极性,从而全方位提高大学生的综合素质。At present,the prominent problem faced by universities is how to cultivate experimental design and innovation ability of the students.A design and innovation comprehensive chemistry experiment for undergraduate are discussed in this paper.Based on magnetic separation and nucleic acid aptamer technology,an ultra-sensitive chemiluminescence aptamer sensor was constructed,and its application in the quantitative analysis of aflatoxin B1 in agricultural products and food was further studied.This experiment involves technologies such as phase interface fixation,magnetic separation,nucleic acid hybridization and electrophoretic separation,as well as relevant knowledge such as enzyme catalysis and chemiluminescence reaction.This experiment shows students how to analyze and solve the problems independently from the aspects of design ideas,performance characterization and testing et al.It can arouse the enthusiasm of students to explore scientific research,so as to improve the students'comprehensive quality.
