摘　　要：《药物研发链全过程开放实验》课程是南京医科大学药学院“双轨多元”课程体系中的重要组成部分,将本院高水平科研成果转为为教学资源,围绕创新药物研发全过程而展开。本文主要介绍“ZLc-002的设计合成、含量测定、理化性质研究和药效学评价”的教学整体设计与实施,以期为药学类科研反哺教学改革提供可借鉴经验。The course of“the whole process of drug research and development chain open experiment”is an important component of the“dual track and diversified”curriculum system of the School of Pharmacy,Nanjing Medical University,which transforms high-level scientific research achievements of our school into teaching resources and focuses on the whole process of innovative drug research and development.This paper mainly introduces the overall teaching design and implementation of ZLc-002’s design and synthesis,content determination,physicochemical properties research,and pharmacodynamic evaluation,which aims to provide referential experience for the reform of pharmaceutical scientific research back feeding teaching.
