摘　　要：基于社会学视角梳理准噶尔盆地春风油田极浅层超稠油开发经验。油田开发属于实践性很强的技术领域,具有高投入、高风险的特点,提高开发决策水平非常重要。社会学主要是通过社会调查,对于社会现象和问题进行调查、研究、分析和解决。社会科学研究成果值得理工科背景的油田开发人员学习借鉴。春风油田主要发育薄浅层砂岩稠油油藏,开发伊始就确定5年建成百万吨级油田目标,而且这一目标在2015年如期实现,并稳产至今。以春风油田水平井、氮气、降黏剂、蒸汽吞吐复合开发技术为核心,“薄储层超稠油高效开发关键技术及应用”获得2019年度国家科学技术进步奖二等奖。随着勘探开发不断深入,陆续在春风油田周边发现极浅层新区块。为此,引入地质浅孔连续取心技术,应用短半径水平井技术钻成一批水平井,为春风油田极浅层超稠油开发提供新路径。Based on the sociological perspective,this paper combs the development experience of extremely shallow super heavy oil in Chunfeng Oilfield in the Junggar Basin.Oilfield development belongs to a highly practical technical field with high investment and risk characteristics,and improving the level of development decision-making is very important.Sociology mainly investigates,studies,analyzes,and solves social phenomena and problems through social surveys.The achievements of social science research are worthy of learning and reference for oilfield developers with a background in science and engineering.The Chunfeng Oilfield mainly develops thin and shallow sandstone heavy oil reservoirs.At the beginning of development,the goal of building a million ton oil field within five years was set,and this goal was achieved as scheduled in 2015,and stable production has been achieved to this day.With the development technology of horizontal wells,dissolver,nitrogen,and steam stimulation in Chunfeng Oilfield as the core,"Key Technologies and Applications for Efficient Development of Thin Reservoir Ultra Heavy Oil"won the second prize of the 2019 National Science and Technology Progress Award.With the continuous deepening of exploration and development,extremely shallow new blocks have been discovered around the Chunfeng Oilfield.Therefore,the introduction of geological shallow hole continuous coring technology and the application of short radius horizontal well technology to drill a batch of horizontal wells provide a new path for the development of ultra-shallow and ultra-heavy oil in Chunfeng Oilfield.
