摘  要:该文验证利用光声信号随加热时间变化规律监测高强度聚焦超声(High intensity focused ultrasound,HIFU)治疗中组织热凝固过程的可行性。研究使用牛肝的离体组织进行实验,并对治疗时间内光声信号幅值的变化进行测量。研究从3个方面对组织样本进行监测,首先通过比较分析不同时刻光声信号时域剖面图特征变化来判断组织的热损伤状态。其次,描述光声信号幅值随加热时间变化曲线特征,并基于HIFU治疗过程中光声信号的幅值变化规律对热损伤形成过程进行监测。最后,对不同曲线特征下靶组织状态进行病理分析,验证利用光声信号振幅随时间的变化曲线对组织热损伤监测的准确性。This paper demonstrates the feasibility of monitoring tissue thermal coagulation during high-intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)therapy through photoacoustic signals changes with heating duration.The study used in vitro bovine liver tissue and measured changes in the amplitude of the photoacoustic signal during the treatment period.The study monitored tissue samples from three aspects.Firstly,the thermal damage status of tissues was determined by comparing and analyzing the time-domain profile characteristics of photoacoustic signals at different times.Secondly,the amplitude curve characteristics of photoacoustic signal with heating time were described,and the formation process of thermal damage was monitored based on the amplitude variation rule of photoacoustic signal during HIFU treatment.Finally,the pathological analysis of the target tissue under different curve characteristics was carried out to verify the accuracy of the monitoring of tissue thermal damage by using the curve of photoacoustic signal amplitude change over time.
