弧形喉镜系统应用于早期声门型喉癌合并严重强直性脊柱炎:1例报告

摘　　要：强直性脊柱炎是累及脊柱的慢性炎症性疾病,后期可导致患者无法平躺,若合并声门肿瘤,无法使用传统笔直的支撑喉镜进行手术。我们使用弧形喉镜系统顺利完成1例早期声门型喉癌合并严重强直性脊柱炎患者的声带病损切除术,成功切除肿瘤,随访2年未见复发。Ankylosing spondylitis is a chronic inflammatory disease involving the spine.In the later stage,the patient can’t lie flat.If combined with glottic tumor,the traditional straight supporting laryngoscope can’t be used for surgery.Through the use of arc laryngoscope system,the vocal cord lesion resection of a patient with early glottic laryngeal cancer complicated with severe ankylosing spondylitis was successfully completed,and the tumor was successfully removed.There was no recurrence after 2 years of follow-up.
