摘 要:为了探索酵母培养物在有机肥生产中的作用及效果,以尿素为对照,以酵母浆代替尿素为氮源,以不同碳氮比分别进行作物秸秆堆肥实验。结果表明,以酵母浆为氮源的碳氮比为10:1、20:1、30:1、40:1的各实验处理升温发酵、主要养分及有机质含量、种子发芽率等不同程度高于以尿素为氮源的各对照处理,其中以酵母浆为氮源的碳氮比20:1、30:1的实验处理明显依次较高且前者表现出升温及高温性能更好、后者种子发芽率更高等特点。说明以酵母浆代替尿素用于秸秆堆肥等有机肥生产的效果更佳,且以碳氮比30:1~20:1为宜。In order to study the application effect of yeast culture in the production of organic fertilizer,the crop straw composting experiments were carried out with different carbon-nitrogen(C/N)ratios,using urea as the control and yeast pulp instead of urea as the nitrogen source,respectively.The results showed that the fermentation temperature,main nutrients and organic matter content,seed germination rate of the experiments with C/N ratio of 10:1,20:1,30:1,40:1 using yeast pulp as nitrogen source were higher than those of the control using urea as nitrogen source.The experiments with C/N ratio of 20:1 and 30:1 using yeast pulp as nitrogen source were the most obvious,which the former showed better fermentation temperature,and the latter showed higher germination rate.In conclusion,the application of yeast pulp instead of urea in the production of organic fertilizer such as straw compost is more effective,and it is appropriate to take the C/N of 30∶1~20∶1.
