摘　　要：九年来,京津冀三地牢牢抓住承接北京非首都功能疏解这个“牛鼻子”,扎实有效推动重大国家战略落地落实,京津冀协同发展中期目标顺利实现,重点区域、重大事项、体制机制改革取得了新进展,生动诠释了区域重大战略的实践成效。随着京津冀协同发展进入新阶段,三省份将面临更多跨区域政策协调、利益增值与分配共享等深层次体制机制障碍。针对深化协同发展存在的问题,与会专家认为,应围绕国家构建新发展格局的需要,聚焦世界级城市群建设,处理好有为政府和有效市场的关系,强化协同创新和产业协作,发挥产业集群在世界级城市群建设中的重要作用,大力推动京津冀协同发展在走深走实中向更高水平迈进。In the past nine years,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has firmly taken the important task of relieving the non-capital functions of Beijing,solidly and effectively promoted the implementation of major national strategies,and successfully achieved the medium-term goal of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development.New progress has been made in key regions,major issues and system reform,which vividly interprets the practical results of major regional strategies.As the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region enters a new stage,the three provinces and cities will face more deep-seated problems such as cross-regional policy coordination,interest appreciation as well as distribution and sharing.In view of the problems existing in deepening coordinated development,the experts at the symposium believe that it is necessary to focus on the construction of world-class city clusters according to the needs of the country to build a new development pattern,properly handle the relationship between a promising government and an effective market,strengthen collaborative innovation and industrial cooperation,give play to the important role of industrial clusters in the construction of world-class city clusters,and vigorously promote the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to a higher level.
