摘　　要：敦煌医学是敦煌学的重要分支,也是中医学的重要组成之一。本草内容在敦煌医学中涉及广泛并被大量临床运用。通过整理的敦煌医学中毒性本草内容,了解汉末至五代时期中医对毒性本草记载特征,分析敦煌医学中毒性本草的运用特点。敦煌医学卷子中体现出了该时期医家对毒性本草的运用采取积极的态度,用毒、防毒、减毒、解毒思想已经出现并逐渐完善。文章从三个方面对敦煌医学毒性本草文献进行总结和归纳,为现代中医在临床上运用毒性本草提供有价值的参考。Dunhuang Medicine is an important branch of Dunhuang Studies and one of the important contents of traditional Chinese Medicine.Materia Medica is widely involved in Dunhuang medicine and has been widely used in clinical practice.Through the contents of toxic Materia Medica in Dunhuang medicine,we understand the characteristics of toxic Materia Medica in traditional Chinese medicine from the end of the Han Dynasty to the Five Dynasties,and analyze the characteristics of the use of toxic Materia Medica in Dunhuang medicine.It is concluded that the Dunhuang medical volume reflects that the doctors in that period adopted a positive attitude towards the use of toxic Materia Medica,and the idea of using poison to prevent poison and reduce poison and detoxification has appeared and gradually improved.This paper summarizes and summarizes the literature of toxic herbal medicine in Dunhuang from three aspects,and provides a valuable reference for the clinical application of toxic herbal medicine in modern Chinese Medicine.
