摘 要:目的:比较金钱草、聚花过路黄对大鼠肾结石形成的影响。方法:参照《中国药典》金钱草片的制备方法制备金钱草、聚花过路黄煎液。连续4周以乙二醇联合氯化铵灌胃,制备肾结石模型大鼠,药物组大鼠以4.0 g/kg的剂量灌胃上述两种药物,术前禁食24 h,酶标法检测血清、肾组织中的钙离子浓度,变色酸比色法测血清、肾组织中的草酸浓度,做肾病理切片,观察草酸钙结晶的形成情况等。结果:与空白组比较,模型组、两个药物组大鼠肾组织中钙离子、草酸浓度显著增高(P<0.01),血清中草酸浓度显著降低(P<0.01),模型组、金钱草组大鼠血清中钙离子浓度显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.05),聚花过路黄组大鼠血清中钙离子无显著性差异;与模型组比较,两个药物组大鼠肾组织中钙离子、草酸浓度显著降低(P<0.01),聚花过路黄组大鼠血清中钙离子、草酸浓度升高显著(P<0.05);与金钱草组比较,聚花过路黄组肾组织与血清中钙离子、草酸浓度均无显著差异。与空白组相比,模型组、两个药物组肾组织切片均可见明显草酸钙结晶簇集或散在;与模型组比较,两个药物组肾组织中草酸钙结晶分布较少。结论:金钱草、聚花过路黄对乙二醇联合氯化铵制备的肾草酸钙结石模型大鼠有相似的防治效果。Objective To study the effects of Lysimachia christinae and Lysimachia congestiflora on rat kidney stone formation.Methods The liquid medicine of Lysimachia christinae and Lysimachia congestiflora was prepared according to the Jinqiancaotablets in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.To establish kidney stone model,SD rats were given ethylene glycol and ammonium chloride for 4 weeks.The rats in the two administration groups were given the above liquid medicine(4.0 g/kg)by gavage every day,fasting for 24h before the surgery.Enzyme labeling method was used to detect the concentration of calcium ions in serum and kidney tissues,Chromotropic acid colorimetry was used todetect the concentration ofoxalic acidin in serum and kidney tissues.HE staining was performed to observe pathological changes and calcium oxalate deposition.Results Compared with normal group,calcium ion and oxalic acid concentration in renal tissue of rats in the model group andtwo medication groups were significantly increased(P<0.01),the concentration of oxalic acid in serum decreased significantly(P<0.01),the concentration of calcium ionin serumof rats in the model group and Jinqiancao groupwere significantlydecreased(P<0.01,P<0.05),there was no significant difference in Juhuaguoluhuang group.Compared with model group,calcium ion and oxalic acid concentration in renal tissue of rats in thetwo medication groups were significantly decreased(P<0.01),calcium ion and oxalic acid concentration inserum of Juhuaguoluhuang group was significantly increased(P<0.05);Compared with Jinqiancao group,there were no significant differences in the concentration of calcium and oxalic acid in renal tissue and serumofJuhuaguoluhuang group.Compared with normal group,kidney tissues in model group and twomedication groups showed obvious clusters or scattered calcium oxalate crystals,while compared with the model group,the kidney tissue crystals of rats in the medication groups were significantly reduced.Conclusion Lysimachia christinae and Lysimachia congestiflora have similar preventi
