摘 要:合成具有特定形貌和尺寸的方解石是其能应用于涂料、油墨、塑胶等领域的关键,方解石合成过程中背景电解质通常发挥着巨大作用。通过常温快速沉淀法结合超声搅拌合成方解石晶体,改变溶液背景电解质的种类和浓度,运用X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜对各种条件下合成的方解石晶体进行表征。结果发现:背景电解质能够有效促进方解石的形成,且K^(+)和Na^(+)比Li^(+)更有利于促进方解石的形成,而卤素阴离子对于方解石成核的促进效果顺序依次为:Cl^(-)>Br^(-)>I^(-)。在Li^(+)存在条件下,随着背景电解质浓度的增加,菱形方解石逐步转变为三角形和类六边形片状。该研究结果能为工业合成碳酸钙晶体奠定理论基础。The synthesis of calcite with special morphology and size is the key to its application in paint,ink,plastic and other fields.The background electrolyte normally plays crucial role in the process of calcite synthesis.Therefore,calcite crystal was synthesized by rapid precipitation at room temperature combined with ultrasonic agitation.The obtained calcite crystals under various conditions were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results showed that the background electrolytes can effectively promote the calcite formation,K^(+)and Na^(+)were more favorable than Li^(+)to promote the formation of calcite.Besides,the promoting effect of halogen anion on the nucleation of calcite was in the order of Cl^(-)>.Br^(-)>I^(-).Furthermore,the prismatic calcite gradually changed into triangular and hexagonal platelet with the increase of Li^(+)concentration.The research results can lay a theoretical foundation for the industrial synthesis of calcium carbonate crystals.
