摘　　要：目的:基于临床需求构建肺功能信息化系统,减少人工录入环节,提升检查效率和质量,促进数据合理使用和共享。方法:根据临床肺功能检查现状及临床医师对肺功能检查数据的应用现状分析临床需求,构建肺功能信息化系统,采用物联网的体系架构,分为感知层、网络层、平台层及应用层。可满足从患者预约环节开始至检查结束为止的全流程信息化数字化管理,肺功能检查数据可传输至医院信息系统(HIS)供门诊和病房快捷查询和调阅。结果:系统于2021年6月至2023年3月共累计完成4万份肺功能检查报告的数据传输,为临床科研提供400例患者数据。系统提升科室工作效率,使患者平均排队等候时间由25 min缩短至15 min;患者检查前信息录入时间由3 min缩短至0.5 min。结论:肺功能信息化系统使患者检查更加顺畅,技师工作更加快捷,临床查阅报告和收集科研数据更加方便。Objective:To construct an information system of pulmonary function so as to reduce steps of manual input,and improve the efficiency and quality of tests,and promote the rational use and sharing of data.Methods:According to the present situations of business development of pulmonary function test and the applications of the data of pulmonary function test that were used by clinical doctors,the clinical requirements were analyzed,and the information system of pulmonary function was designed and constructed.The system adopted the architecture of internet of things,which was divided into perception layer,network layer,platform layer and application layer.This system can meet information digitization management of whole process from the starts of the appointment process to the end of the completion of the test for patients.The tests data of pulmonary function could be transmitted to hospital information system(HIS)to provide fast and convenient query and extraction for outpatient department and ward department.Results:The information system had run steadily on line at June,2021 in the Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital,which had completed data transmission of 40,000 pulmonary function test reports in total,and provided data of 400 patients for clinical research.The system had improved the work efficiencies of the departments,and shortened the average waiting time of patients to 15 minutes from 25 minutes.The time of information entry for patients was shortened to 0.5 minutes from 3 minutes.Conclusion:The information system of pulmonary function can make more smooth for the examination of patients,and more fast and convenient for the work of technicians,and it also can provide more conveniences for consulting clinical reports and collecting the data of scientific research.
