摘  要:大中型工程项目具有占地面积大、规划选址难、设计施工复杂、运维管理维度广等特点,存在规划阶段叠规分析难、设计阶段BIM缺乏宏观影响分析、专业协同设计难、运维数字化较低等问题。对此,文章提出基于GIS+BIM的工程全生命周期三维映射平台体系,以三维GIS引擎为基础,构建三维映射基底,并融合多元异构数据,集成GIS时空数据分析与参数化建模,实现了宏观与微观的多层次信息融合,助力大中型工程在规划、设计、施工、运维等阶段三维映射应用成果数据价值的最大化,为拓宽工程全生命周期数字孪生应用广度和深度提供了一种新思路。Large and medium-sized engineering projects have the characteristics of large area,difficult planning and site selection,complex design and construction,and wide dimension of operation and maintenance management.There are some problems such as difficulty in specification overlapping analysis in planning stage,lack of macro influence analysis of BIM in design stage,difficulty in professional collaborative design,and low digitization of operation and maintenance.In this regard,a GIS+BIM based 3D mapping platform system for the full life cycle of the engineering is proposed.Based on the 3D GIS engine,a 3D mapping base is constructed,and multi-heterogeneous data are fused to integrate GIS spatiotemporal data analysis and parametric modeling.The multi-level macro and micro information fusion is realized,which can help to maximize the value of 3D mapping application results in the planning,design,construction,operation and maintenance stages of large and medium-sized engineering,providing a new idea for broadening the breadth and depth of digital twin application in the full life cycle of the engineering.
