大断面引水隧洞混凝土衬砌施工技术分析

摘　　要：混凝土衬砌是引水隧洞工程施工体系的重要组成部分,衬砌质量直接影响隧洞结构总体质量与使用安全。现阶段,大断面引水隧洞工况复杂,混凝土衬砌施工技术难度大,施工过程中常出现混凝土开裂等质量问题,影响引水隧洞结构安全。鉴于此,文章详细阐述大断面引水隧洞混凝土衬砌施工流程和操作要点,分析常见的施工缺陷及其成因,并提出相应的解决措施,以供参考。Concrete lining is an important part of the construction system of diversion tunnel engineering.The quality of the lining directly affects the overall quality and safety of tunnel structure.At present,the working conditions of large-section diversion tunnels are complex,and the construction technology of concrete lining is difficult.Quality problems such as concrete cracking often occur during the construction process,which affects the structural safety of diversion tunnels.In view of this,the construction process and operation points of concrete lining of large-section diversion tunnel are expounded in detail,the common construction defects and their causes are analyzed,and the corresponding solutions are put forward for reference.
