摘 要:文章以某新建市政桥梁邻近既有隧道桩基施工为例,为确保桥梁桩基施工中既有隧道的安全,从桩基施工工艺出发,建立三维数值模型,对传统桩基施工和全套筒全回转钻机施工进行了对比分析。结果表明:全套筒全回转钻机施工显著降低了既有隧道的变形,是一种有效的施工工艺。同时提出全套筒全回转钻机施工方案和既有隧道监测方案,为同类工程提供了可参考案例和指导。Taking the pile foundation construction of a newly built municipal bridge adjacent to the existing tunnel as an example,in order to ensure the safety of the existing tunnel in the construction of bridge pile foundation,a three-dimensional numerical model is established from the pile foundation construction technology to compare and analyze the traditional pile foundation construction and the full sleeve rotary drilling rig construction.The results show that the full sleeve rotary drilling rig construction significantly reduces the deformation of existing tunnel,and is an effective construction technology.At the same time,the full sleeve rotary drilling rig construction scheme and the existing tunnel monitoring scheme are put forward,which provides reference cases and guidance for similar engineering.
