基于误差信息辨识的隧道涌水段处理效果分析

摘  要:为合理评价隧道涌水段的处理效果,以涌水段处置后的变形监测成果为基础,利用累计变形预测和变形速率发展趋势评价来实现其处理效果分析,累计变形预测过程是先利用优化经验模态实现变形数据的误差信息辨识,再通过优化U-net模型和混沌理论实现其组合预测;变形速率发展趋势评价是利用重标极差法进行Hurst指数求解,并以其评价变形速率的发展趋势。实例分析表明:在累计变形预测方面,互补式集合经验模态相较于传统模型具有更好的信息辨识能力,并通过参数优化处理,能有效提高预测模型的预测精度,所得预测结果的相对误差均值介于1.78%~1.91%,具有良好的预测效果和稳定性,且据外推预测结果,得隧道涌水段经处理后的累计变形具有缓慢增加趋势;同时,在隧道变形速率的发展趋势评价方面,得出Hurst指数均小于0.5,说明隧道变形速率具有减小趋势;对比前述二者的分析结果,得出隧道涌水段在处理过后的变形趋于稳定方向发展,验证了该段灾害处理方式的合理性。通过本次研究,为隧道涌水段的处理效果分析提供了一定的理论指导,具有较高的实用价值。In order to reasonably evaluate the treatment effect of tunnel water gushing section,based on the deformation monitoring results after treatment of water gushing section,the cumulative deformation prediction and deformation rate development trend evaluation are used to realize the treatment effect analysis.In the process of cumulative deformation prediction,the error information identification of deformation data is obtained by using optimized empirical mode,and then the prediction is realized by optimizing U-net model and chaos theory.The method of rescaled range is used to calculate Hurst index and evaluate the development trend of deformation rate.Example analysis shows that in terms of cumulative deformation prediction,the complementary ensemble empirical model has better information identification ability than the traditional model.Through parameter optimization processing,it could effectively improve the prediction accuracy of the prediction model,and the average relative error of the prediction results is between 1.78% and 1.91%,which has good prediction effect and stability,and according to the extrapolation prediction results,the cumulative deformation of tunnel water gushing section tends to increase slowly after treatment.At the same time,in the development trend evaluation of tunnel deformation rate,Hurst index is less than 0.5,which shows that the tunnel deformation rate has a decreasing trend.Compared with the above two analysis results,the deformation of tunnel water inflow section tends to develop in a stable direction after treatment,which verifies the rationality of the disaster treatment method in this section.Through the study of this paper,it provides a certain theoretical guidance for the treatment effect analysis of tunnel water gushing section,and has high practical value.
