摘 要:以金纳米粒子和多壁碳纳米管(MCNT)修饰的ITO玻璃为工作电极,铂片和饱和甘汞电极(SCE)分别作为对电极和参比电极构筑了针对Pb^(2+)检测的化学传感器。采用方波溶出伏安法(SWSV)对构筑的化学传感器的灵敏度、稳定性、抗干扰能力进行了评价。研究结果表明,所构建的针对Pb^(2+)检测的化学传感器的灵敏度为0.11293 mA/mmol/L,Pb^(2+)的校准曲线方程为Y=0.11293X+8.1531,相关系数(R2)为0.97,检测限为1.6μmol/L;抗干扰实验结果表明,Zn^(2+)、Cu^(2+)、Cd^(2+)、Ag^(+)4种金属离子对Pb^(2+)的检测干扰较小;此外,稳定性实验结果表明,所构建的针对Pb^(2+)的化学传感器具有优异的稳定性。该化学传感器适用于对自来水中的Pb^(2+)的含量进行检测。A novel sensor of a square wave stripping voltammetric(SWSV)determination of Pb^(2+)with a Au/Multiwall carbon nanotube(MCNT)/ITO modified electrode was proposed.Meanwhile,the sensitivity,the selectivity,limit of detection(LOD)as well as long-term stability of the as-constructed chemosensor were evaluated in CH 3COOH solution(pH=4)with Pb^(2+)by SWSV technique.The results showed that the as-proposed chemosensor had the sensitivity of 0.11293 mA/mmol/L and the LOD of 1.6μmol/L.In addition,the calibration equation of detection Pb^(2+)was Y=0.11293X+8.1531,with the relative coefficient(R 2)of 0.97.Moreover,the anti-interference studies showed that there was no obvious interference effect on the detection of Pb^(2+).What's more,the results of stability experiment showed that the as-constructed chemosensor had superior stability.Finally,the proposed chemosensor was suitable to detect the concentration of Pb^(2+)in tap water by the analysis of real samples.
