摘  要:某厂房支承双T板的钢筋混凝土框架T形梁在使用过程中出现斜向裂缝,翼缘损坏。依据检测结果,采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对其损坏原因进行分析。结果表明,架梁翼缘较薄是导致其损坏的主因;在双T板板肋处集中荷载作用下,梁端板肋支承处承受较大的弯矩和剪力作用,混凝土主拉应力超过抗拉强度,产生斜向裂缝;屋面温度应力的作用加剧了斜向裂缝的发展程度及范围,并导致翼缘的损坏。对混凝土框架T形梁进行加固处理,增设了屋面保温措施。该建筑物加固效果良好,可为其他同类工程提供参考。Oblique cracks and flanges were found in the T-beam of reinforced concrete frame supporting double T-plate in a workshop.According to the test results,the finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to analyze the cause of its damage.The results show that the main cause of its damage is the thin flange of the frame beam.Under the concentrated load at the double T-plate ribs,the support of the beam end ribs bears significant bending moments and shear forces,and the main tensile stress of concrete exceeds the tensile strength,resulting in oblique cracks.Roof temperature stress intensifies the development and extent of oblique cracks and leads to flange failure.The concrete frame T-beam is strengthened and the roof insulation measures are added.The reinforcement effect of the building is good,which can provide reference for other similar projects.
