摘 要:以某公共建筑钢板剪力墙为研究对象,对钢板剪力墙施工过程的重难点进行剖析,根据焊接T形接头的纵向残余应力修正估算公式对钢板剪力墙纵向残余应力大小进行估算,得到了残余应力分布曲线;通过优化焊接顺序及工艺、采用可调节预拉力的定位拉杆装置等措施在保证钢板安装过程稳定性的同时,降低残余应力,为同类建筑提供有益的参考。Taking a steel plate shear wall in a public building as the research object,the key and difficult points in the construction process of the steel plate shear wall were analyzed.Based on the modified estimation formula for longitudinal residual stress of welded T-shaped joints,the magnitude of longitudinal residual stress in the steel plate shear wall was estimated and the residual stress distribution curve was obtained.By optimizing the welding sequence and process,adopting adjustable pre-tension positioning pull rod devices,and other measures,the stability of the steel plate installation process was ensured while minimizing residual stress as much as possible.It provided useful references for similar buildings.
