摘　　要：本文主要介绍某铅锌矿选矿厂通过技术升级改造,简化碎磨流程,大幅减少设备台数,优化铅锌浮选工艺流程,减少磨浮生产系列,提高选矿厂自动化信息化智能化水平,减少岗位人员,提高生产效率,提升精矿产品价值,改善作业工作环境,企业取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。同时,通过其选矿厂技术升级改造诸多特点的分析和介绍,对需进行类似技术升级改造的选矿厂具有一定的借鉴作用。This paper mainly introduces that a lead-zinc ore concentrator has simplified the crushing and grinding process,greatly reduced the number of equipment,optimized the lead-zinc flotation process,reduced the grinding and flotation production series,and improved the level of automation,information and intelligence of the concentrator through technological upgrading and transformation.By reducing the number of post personnel,improving production efficiency,enhancing the value of concentrate products,and improving the working environment,the company has achieved good economic and social benefits.At the same time,through the analysis and introduction of many characteristics of its concentrator's technological upgrading and transformation,it has a certain reference for the concentrating plants that need to undergo similar technological upgrading and transformation.
