摘　　要：在社会经济的发展中,对矿石资源的依赖性非常大,矿石能源为各行各业的发展提供了充足的保障。在矿山开采的生产实践中,由于开采环境的复杂性,经常会发生一些安全事故。随着人们安全意识的提升,有关部门对露天矿山的安全管理越来越重视。安全管理的目的是对露天矿山中存在的各种危险因素进行全面的管控,秉持预防为主的基本原则降低事故的发生概率。笔者结合多年工作经验,以非煤露天矿山为研究对象,对此类矿山中存在的各种危险因素进行了分析,并提出了针对性的安全管理办法,以降低矿山的开采风险,提升矿山生产整体效益。In the development of social economy,the dependence on ore resources is very large,and ore energy provides sufficient guarantee for the development of all walks of life.In the production practice of mining,due to the complexity of the mining environment,some safety accidents often occur.With the improvement of people's safety awareness,the relevant departments pay more and more attention to the safety management of open-pit mines.The purpose of safety management is to comprehensively control various risk factors existing in the open pit mine and reduce the probability of accidents by adhering to the basic principle of prevention first.Based on years of work experience and taking non coal open pit mines as the research object,the author analyzes various risk factors existing in such mines and puts forward targeted safety management measures to reduce mining risks and improve the overall efficiency of mine production.
