摘  要:本文将助熔剂碳酸锂、氧化剂过氧化钡、铌铁混匀,置于挂壁有四硼酸锂保护层的铂金坩埚中,分段加热预氧化,然后经高温熔融制备铌铁玻璃,采用X荧光光谱仪分析铌铁熔片中元素铌、铁、硅、磷、钽、铝的含量。实验结果表明,采用该方法检测铌铁中主次元素含量的准确度和精密度均较高,能够满足日常生产的需要。The fused glass bead of ferro-niobium sample was prepared by melting the mixture of lithium carbonate flux,barium superoxide oxidant and ferro-niobium which was pre-oxidation treated by segmented heating.Thenthe content of niobium,ferrum,silicon,phosphorus,titanium and aluminum in the sample were determined by the X-ray fluorescence spectrometer.Experimental results show that the precisions and accuracies of this method are high which can satisfy the daily production.
