摘　　要：SO_(3)属于铜富氧顶吹熔池熔炼过程烟气中最常见的一种污染物,会导致烟气中含有的酸露点逐渐升高,空气余热设备严重堵塞,甚至还会产生“烟羽”现象等,并且还会对制硫酸系统的生产工艺效果及运行效率造成严重的影响。本文以铜富氧顶吹熔池熔炼方法为例,介绍烟气中SO3产生的机理、危害性及SO_(3)的检测技术,并通过采取有效方法来控制SO_(3)含量的产生,为相关行业降低SO_(3)含量提供有效的实践操作经验。SO_(3) is one of the most common pollutants in the flue gas of copper oxygen enriched top blown smelting bath,which will lead to the gradual increase of acid dew point contained in the flue gas,serious blockage of air waste heat equipment,and even a"plume"phenomenon,and will also have a serious impact on the production process and operating efficiency of the sulfuric acid system.Taking the smelting method of copper oxygen enriched top blowing bath as an example,this paper introduces the mechanism and harmfulness of SO_(3) generation in flue gas and the detection technology of SO_(3),and through taking effective methods to control the generation of SO_(3) content,it provides effective practical operation experience for relevant industries to reduce SO_(3) content.
