摘　　要：矿体开发利用环节中矿石的关键所在经济指标管理方面是矿山企业质量管理方法不可或缺的一部分,是一项长久性工作。本文就金川某大型坑采矿山完成“提质增效、转型升级”的战略目标,对影响矿体开采过程中矿石关键经济指标的主要因素进行了探讨,就如何提升矿石经济指标做了详细论述,目的是有效地通过科学管理,提高矿山企业的经济效益并实现可持续发展,且对类似地质条件的矿山资源开采利用具有一定的指导作用。The key of ore body development and utilization is the management of economic indicators,which is an integral part of the quality management methods of mining enterprises and is a long-term work.This paper discusses the main factors that affect the key economic indicators of ores in the process of ore body mining,and discusses in detail how to improve the economic indicators of ores in order to effectively improve the economic benefits of mining enterprises and achieve sustainable development through scientific management,based on the strategic goal of a large pit mining mine in Jinchuan to achieve"quality and efficiency improvement,transformation and upgrading",It also has a certain guiding role in mining and utilization of mine resources with similar geological conditions.
