摘  要:针对海洋油气勘探、海洋应急救援等应用依赖海洋实时高精度定位,而目前主要采用的商用精密单点定位(PPP)技术的设备与服务成本较高的问题,提出利用我国北斗三号全球卫星导航系统(BDS-3,文中简称北斗三号)提供的免费实时精密单点定位(PPP-B2b)服务在海洋环境中开展实时精密单点定位的方法:分析北斗三号PPP-B2b导航电文信息格式,并给出北斗三号PPP-B2b精密轨道、钟差计算及伪距偏差改正方法;然后建立基于北斗三号PPP-B2b服务的海洋实时精密单点定位模型;最后采用海洋实测数据评估基于北斗三号PPP-B2b服务的实时精密单点定位精度,并与NavCom公司的Starfire星站差分PPP定位精度进行对比。结果表明,北斗三号PPP-B2b水平定位精度为7.62 cm,垂直定位精度为13.10 cm,定位精度略低于Starfire星站差分PPP。Aiming at the problem that the application of marine oil and gas exploration,marine emergency rescue,etc.relies on the offshore real-time high-precision positioning,while currently the commercial precision point positioning(PPP)technology mainly used for the offshore real-time high-precision positioning have high costs of equipment and services,the paper proposed a method that uses Beidou global navigation satellite system(BDS-3)provided freely accessible real-time precise point positioning(PPP-B2b)service to carry out the real-time PPP in the marine environment:the recovery methods of PPP-B2b precise satellite orbit,clock offset and pseudo-range differential code bias correction with PPP-B2b messages were discussed;and the offshore real-time PPP model based on BDS-3 PPP-B2b service was constructed;then the accuracy of real-time PPP based on BDS-3 PPPB2b service was evaluated by using marine measured data;finally,the accuracy was compared with the differential PPP positioning accuracy of NavCom's Starfire satellite station.Results showed that the horizontal positioning accuracy of BDS-3 PPP-B2b would be 7.62 cm and the vertical positioning accuracy 13.10 cm,which could be slightly lower than the PPP positioning accuracy of Starfire service.
