摘 要:在对安徽省港口湾水库灌区工程十标段(佟李干渠郎溪段)的Ⅳ~Ⅴ类围岩隧洞开挖施工中,通过组织科技创新团队,对铣挖机进行研究改装,将铣挖改为凿挖,通过凿挖机施工对较硬围岩实施破碎和及时支护作业,施工取得到了良好效果,不但提高了效率,缩短了开挖时间,而且保证了隧洞轮廓周边围岩的整体性,确保洞室稳定。文章据此案例总结成隧洞软弱围岩快速凿挖与支护施工技术,阐述其施工技术特点与工艺原理,对施工要点和质量控制措施进行详细分析,以供参考。In the excavation construction of the Class IV to Class V surrounding rock tunnel in the tenth section of Gangkouwan Reservoir Irrigation Area Project in Anhui Province(Tongli Canal Langxi Section),a scientific and technological innovation team was organized to study and modify the milling machine,and the milling excavation was changed to chiseling excavation.Through the construction of the chiseling machine,the hard surrounding rock was broken and supported in time.The construction achieved good results,which not only improved the efficiency and shortened the excavation time,but also ensured the integrity of the surrounding rock around the tunnel contour and ensured the stability of the tunnel chamber.Based on this case,the rapid excavation and support construction technology for weak surrounding rock in tunnels is summarized,and its construction technology characteristics and process principles are expounded.The key construction points and quality control measures are analyzed in detail for reference.
