摘  要:目前传统钻爆施工受地质情况、外部环境及人为因素影响较大,施工安全系数较低,且光面爆破对技术的要求很高,容易出现超欠挖等缺陷,因此提出在隧道横洞工程开展悬臂式掘进机施工技术研究。文章简要阐述悬臂式掘进机的工作原理和施工特点,然后对悬臂式掘进机隧道开挖技术要点进行分析,最后与钻爆法施工相比,总结出悬臂式掘进机隧道开挖施工能有效控制隧道超欠挖,具有对围岩扰动小、施工效率高等优势。At present,the traditional drilling and blasting construction is greatly affected by geological conditions,external environment and human factors.The construction safety factor is low,and the smooth blasting has high technical requirements,which is prone to defects such as overbreak and underbreak.Therefore,it is proposed to carry out the research on the construction technology of boomtype roadheader in the tunnel cross-hole engineering.This paper briefly expounds the working principles and construction characteristics of the boom-type roadheader,and then analyzes the key points of tunnel excavation technology of boom-type roadheader.Finally,compared with the drilling and blasting method,it is concluded that the tunnel excavation construction of boom-type roadheader can effectively control the overbreak and underbreak of tunnel,and has the advantages of small disturbance to surrounding rocks and high construction efficiency.
