预制T梁混凝土外观质量提升措施研究

摘　　要：采用合理的预制T梁混凝土外观提升措施十分必要,可以得到外观质量合格的预制T梁,提高施工效率、节约施工成本。文章以广西平天高速项目为例,对高速公路施工过程中的预制T梁混凝土外观质量提升措施进行研究,现场对比预制T梁混凝土质量的各影响因素后,确定了最佳的施工工艺、脱模剂、水泥、拌和时间、外加剂、布料方式及振捣顺序和时间;提出了T梁混凝土烂根、混凝土色差和气泡多等外观质量缺陷的具体解决措施,可用于指导后续施工,具有较高的工程应用价值。It is necessary to adopt reasonable measures to improve the appearance of prefabricated T-beam concrete,which can obtain prefabricated T-beams with qualified appearance quality to improve construction efficiency and save construction costs.Taking Pingliang-Tianshui Expressway project in Guangxi as an example,the measures to improve the appearance quality of prefabricated T-beam concrete in the construction process of the expressway are studied.After comparing various influencing factors of prefabricated T-beam concrete quality on site,the best construction technology,mold discharging agent,cement,mixing time,admixture,material distribution method and vibration sequence and time are determined.The specific solutions to the appearance quality defects such as root rot,concrete color difference,and excessive bubbles of T-beam concrete are put forward,which can be used to guide the subsequent construction and have high engineering application value.
