摘　　要：工程数量管理是建筑企业一项重要的基础管理工作,可为现场施工组织、进度管理、收方计价、物资采购、成本控制等提供基础依据,对整个建筑工程有着非常重要的意义。文章通过分析建筑企业工程数量管理现状,总结工程数量管理中的常见问题,归纳工程数量管理的作用,根据建筑企业工程数量管理中的常见问题,结合当前实际,探讨有效的管理优化对策,以此促进建筑企业基础管理水平的提高,增强企业的市场竞争能力和可持续发展能力。Engineering quantity management is the important basic management work for construction enterprises,which can provide the basis for on-site construction organization,schedule management,receipt pricing,material procurement,cost control and so on.It is of great significance to the whole construction project.By analyzing the current situation of engineering quantity management in construction enterprises,common problems in engineering quantity management are summed up,and the role of engineering quantity management are summarized.According to the common problems in engineering quantity management in construction enterprises,combined with the current reality,this paper discusses effective management optimization countermeasures,so as to promote the improvement of basic management level of construction enterprises,and enhance the market competitiveness and sustainable development ability of enterprises.
