农产品供应链发展水平评价指标体系构建与测算——基于长江经济带11个省的数据研究

摘　　要：构建科学合理的农产品供应链评价指标体系有助于农产品供应链高质量发展。基于新发展格局,围绕“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”五大发展理念,构建农产品供应链发展水平评价指标体系,并采用熵权TOPSIS法对2019年我国长江经济带11个省市农产品供应链发展水平进行实证测算。实证结果显示,长江经济带中游地区农产品供应链发展水平最高,下游较低;从五个发展维度来看,长江经济带下游地区创新和共享维度发展较好,上游地区协调维度发展较好,中游地区绿色和开放维度发展较好。最后根据实证结果提出长江经济带农产品供应链高质量发展的对策建议。The construction of a scientific and reasonable agricultural product supply chain evaluation index system is conducive to the high-quality development of the agricultural product supply chain.Based on the new development pattern,around the five development concepts of“innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing”,we will build an evaluation index system for the development level of agricultural product supply chains,and use the entropy right TOPSIS method to empirically calculate the development level of agricultural product supply chains in 11 provinces and cities in China’s Yangtze River Economic Belt in 2019.The empirical results show that the development level of agricultural product supply chain in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is the highest and the downstream is low;from the perspective of five development dimensions,the innovation and sharing dimensions in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt have developed better,the coordination dimensions in the upstream areas have developed better,and the green and open dimensions in the middle reaches have developed better.Finally,according to the empirical results,the countermeasures for the high-quality development of the agricultural product supply chain in the Yangtze River Economic Belt are proposed.
