摘　　要：本文详细介绍了沥青路面结构层水稳冷再生施工技术,它是在旧沥青路面上进行覆盖铺设的绿色环保型作业方式。通过回收旧沥青路面上的碎石,与水泥、矿渣粉等混合后制成水稳混合料,再将其作为新沥青路面结构层的铺设材料,具有节约资源、降低碳排放、提高路面性能等优点,是未来城市道路建设的发展方向之一。This paper introduces the construction technology of water-stabilized cold recycling of asphalt pavement structural layer in detail,it is a green and environment-friendly operation mode of covering and laying on the old asphalt pavement.By recycling the crushed stone on the old asphalt pavement,mixing it with cement,slag powder and others to produce the water-stable mixture,and then using it as the paving material of the new asphalt pavement structure layer,with the advantages of saving resources,reducing carbon emission and improving pavement performance,it is one of the development directions of urban road construction in the future.
