摘 要:消防水泵是消防系统的一个重要组成部分,在消防系统日常运行中,消防水泵大多数时间内还在低流量状态下工作(即消防水泵的设计流量远远大于消防系统实际出水流量,且经常出现零流量工作现状),但低流量状态不等同于常规的“水泵空转”概念。本文从消防水泵分类、选型、消防系统控制与操作入手,结合实际项目探讨消防水泵系统维护管理及其在低流量状态下的弊端及对策,希望为相关从业人员提供参考。Fire pump is an important part of fire protection system.In the daily operation of fire protection system,fire pump often works in low flow state(that is,the design flow of fire pump is much higher than the actual water flow of fire protection system,and zero flow work condition often occurs),but low flow state is not equivalent to the conventional concept of“pump idling”.Targeted at the fire pump classification and selection,as well as fire protection system control and operation,in combination with actual projects,this paper discusses the maintenance and management of fire pump systems and their disadvantages and countermeasures in low flow state,hoping to provide reference for relevant practitioners.
