摘　　要：本文介绍一种复合型水性混凝土脱模剂及其制备方法,该脱模剂由矿物油或植物油、高级脂肪酸、乳化剂、二甲基硅油、三乙醇胺、稳定剂、水复配而成,具有稳定性、阻锈性优良、混凝土黏附量较小等特点,对混凝土外观质量的改善有极大的效果,是一种绿色环保可再生的混凝土脱模材料。This paper introduces a composite water-based concrete release agent and its preparation method.This agent is composed of mineral oil or vegetable oil,advanced fatty acids,emulsifier,dimethicone,triethanolamine,stabilizer and water.It has the characteristics of stability,excellent rust inhibition and small amount of concrete adhesion,which has great effect on the improvement of concrete appearance quality,and is a green,environmentally protective and renewable concrete release material.
