摘　　要：新形势下,随着国家经济战略目标的调整和经济建设重点的转移,国内地质行业发展趋势有所减缓,对岩矿分析与鉴定技术专业人才需求产生了较大影响。为实现新形势下岩矿分析与鉴定技术专业的可持续发展,通过对相关行业发展趋势、相关企事业人力资源队伍现状、专业院校招生就业形势及毕业生现状进行调研分析,查明现行人才培养模式中存在的不足。从人才培养目标、课程标准、实训室建设、精品在线课程建设、校企合作及人才培养课程体系构建六个方面,探讨了新形势下岩矿分析与鉴定技术专业的教学改革方向和人才培养模式。Under the new situation,with the adjustment of national economic strategic objectives and the transfer of the focus of economic construction,the development trend of domestic geological industry has slowed down,which has a great impact on the demand for professionals in rock-mineral analysis and appraisal technology.In order to adapt to the sustainable development of the specialty of rockmineral analysis and appraisal technology under the new situation,this paper investigates and analyzes the development trend of the industry,the current situation of human resources teams of relevant enterprises and institutions,the enrollment and employment situation of professional colleges and universities and the current situation of professional graduates.Then,find out the deficiencies in the current talent training mode.This paper discusses the teaching reform direction and talent training mode of rock-mineral analysis and identification technology under the new situation from six aspects:talent training objectives,curriculum standards,training room construction,high-quality online curriculum construction,school enterprise cooperation and talent training curriculum system construction.
