摘　　要：多花黄精为黄精属多年生植物,是中药材黄精的基原植物之一,郴州市黄精种植以多花黄精为主。随着中医药产业的发展,黄精人工种植面积逐年递增,种苗繁育越来越重要。本文对多花黄精“三段法”种苗繁育关键技术、“两段法”块茎繁殖关键技术和组织培养技术等种苗繁育技术进行了总结与分析,旨在为郴州市多花黄精种苗繁育提供参考,促进郴州市黄精产业发展。Polygonatum cyrtonemaHua is a perennial plant of the genus Polygonatum,which is one of the original plants of the Chinese herbal medicine Huangjing.Chenzhou Polygonatum spp.planting varieties are mainly Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua.With the development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry,the artificial planting area of Polygonatum spp.is increasing year by year,and seedling breeding is becoming more and more important.In this paper,we summarized and analyzed the seedling breeding techniques of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua,including the "three-stage method" seedling breeding key technology,"two-stage method" tuber propagation key technology and tissue culture technology,in order to provide references for the seedling breeding of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua in Chenzhou City and promote the development of Polygonatum industry in Chenzhou City.
